Synergy Sansthan runs programs and campaigns based on a youth-centric approach and advocates child and youth rights at all levels of society, including state and non-state agencies.

The organization supports them in broadening their understanding of issues, building their leadership skills, thinking through their project ideas, and helping them prepare a realistic plan of action. The programe leads to the creation of a cadre of well-rounded, socially motivated youth change leaders who will be able to positively influence children and other youth in the communities of the Harda district.
