Synergy Santhan envisions on becoming a sustainable resource-rich organisation in youth development. The organisation strives to design programs based on the needs of the youth with innovative interventions, including creative and technology-based solutions.

Synergy Sansthan believes that adolescents, youth, and their development programmes are ever-evolving, and thus; accordingly, new innovative programs must address their emerging issues. The aim is to serve as a depository of knowledge in terms of core issues and concerns that impact the lives of adolescents and youth. These innovative programs will be tested in the organisation’s base in the Harda district and thereafter replicated in other districts of Madhya Pradesh State.

Synergy Sansthan shall develop knowledge products and short communication tools in the form of reports, publications, training modules and curriculum, booklets, posters, short films/video tools, and jingles/audio tools, which will be made available to youth-related organisations, collectives and government and non-government agencies.
